A story about Graeme Pope-Ellis

So in the midst of the my fish-and-chips training programme, I occasionally remember running as a young boy. I had a stopwatch, and would have to ask my dad how far a certain route around the block was, and work out the numbers from there. Over time, I have invested in apps, watches, and heart rate monitors.

Mudman triathlon part two 2011: Training blog

On March 6, I will be making like a bread truck and hauling buns in the second Mudman.

The problem with training for the Mudman is the multi-discipline nature of the event. It’s not like, “Oh ok, let me go for a jog, and see if I collapse from a heart attack… if not, I’m good to go!”
